[Spring] JPA와 MySQL 시간 저장 불일치
상황 설명 :Spring Data JPA를 사용하여 MySQL에 데이터를 저장할때 RegTime이라는 컬럼에 해당...

db에서 timezone설정 했다면 spring boot 에서
serverTimezone=UTC
spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.jdbc.time_zone = UTC
이런 설정값을 넣어줄 필요가 없다..
